Spaghetti Puttanesca

This sloth loves to eat. And he's not too picky. There are so many great dishes to choose from! But this is one of my favorites— it's easy to make and sets the mood for a romantic evening.

In Italian, 'puttanesca' means 'prostitute'. And if you have ever been inside a brothel you will understand why this dish is called that. 

The ingredients include: black olives, anchovies, onions, and capers. Yes, it is a very "fishy" dish that kind of smells like 5 hours of sweaty sex (not that I would no except when I drunkenly stagger into McCutcheon's room at the wrong time looking for a cigarette).

Puttanesca is best served with a small side salad and a couple bottles of Chianti. All in all, it's a very Pax Acidus dish!
