| This sloth loves to eat. But I'm picky. There are too many foods out there to choose from. No McDonald's for me unless I have a Class A hangover and can't get anything else down.
In Italian, 'puttanesca' means 'prostitute'. And if you have ever been inside a brothel you will understand why this dish is called that.
Why? The ingredients include black olives, anchovies, onions, and capers. It is a very fishy dish that smells a lot like a room full of people fucking. Hence the name.
Puttanesca is best served with a side salad and a couple bottles of chianti. A very Pax Acidus dish.
